Innovative Blade Speeds Demolition

New Diablo Demo Demon Blades are Faster, More Cost Effective in Nail Embedded Wood
Mississauga, ON – Virtually every demolition project includes cutting through nails embedded in wood. The nails hold back the cutting process and damage blades, driving up costs for both labour and equipment. Clearly, the goal is to complete these cuts as quickly and effectively as possible.
The new Diablo Demo Demon carbide tipped reciprocating blades feature an innovative variable tooth design that provides maximum performance in nail embedded wood. Manufactured in Switzerland, the carbide tips are welded onto the blade teeth to allow for faster cuts and savings on labour costs. Also, the high performance blades are extremely durable, lasting up to ten times longer than other bi-metal blades which eliminates the need to waste time changing blades and also reduces expenses for replacing worn out blades.
The enhanced carbide tip provides extreme impact resistance when plunging the blade into the cutting surface.  In addition, all models of the blade are oversized to an inch width for straighter cuts and less vibration.

The Diablo Demo Demon blades are available in 6”, 9” and 12” sizes, with prices ranging from $7.99 to $13.99 depending on the model. Available at Home Depot, Home Hardware, Federated Co-op and most professional and independent dealers across Canada.
