A Shop Workhorse

Even with a random orbital sander, a 1/4-sheet palm sander, a belt sander and many hand-sanding blocks in my shop, I needed a 12" disc sander to provide me with the perfect solution to smooth convex contours as well as shape the ends of many small- and medium-sized workpieces. This CX506 has certainly done the trick. This solidly built machine doesn’t take up much space, has a large table that tilts to 45°, has discs that are easy to change and has great overall value.
