STANLEY Introduces New High Velocity Hammers, Designed To Be Lightweight With Fast Swings
High Velocity & lightweight for fast swings
Mississauga, On. – July 15, 2014 – STANLEY® introduces its latest hand tool innovation, a new line of five FatMax High Velocity Hammers. They have been engineered to be lightweight with a High Velocity head design and the 14-ounce hammers can produce the same striking force of hammers twice their weight.
Whether you're a professional looking for performance and durability or a DIYer wanting accuracy and a multi-layer comfort grip, STANLEY's new FatMax High Velocity Hammers deliver it all. Hammer shafts have been created with a curve to increase hammer strength in addition to other features including claws that have been redesigned for improved nail pulling and magnetic nail starters on all but the drywall hammer provide convenient one-handed nail placement.
The line of five STANLEY® FatMax High Velocity Hammers include two 14-ounce hammers, two 12-ounce hammers and a new 12-ounce drywall hammer.  The 14-ounce checkered faced model 51-124 and 14-ounce smooth faced model XTHT51147 High Velocity Hammers strike like 28-ounce hammers but because they're lightweight, they provide a fast swing which helps to reduce fatigue. Use the smooth face hammer to avoid marring wood and the checkered face hammer to help reduce slipping when driving nails.
Both the new 12-ounce rip hammer model 51-123 and 12-ounce curved claw hammer XTHT51148 strike like 20-ounce hammers. The 12-ounce rip hammer is ideal for framing and other construction jobs. Use the 12-ounce curved claw hammer for home repairs and other DIY projects.
Model FMHT51282 is the 12-ounce FatMax High Velocity drywall hammer provides control and accuracy for fine nailing tasks and has a checkered face that helps to reduce slipping when driving nails. It also features a handy hatchet end made for cutting and scoring drywall.
STANLEY®  FatMax High Velocity Hammers have been designed with the same kind of thorough, thoughtful engineering that goes into every Stanley tool.
STANLEY® FatMax  High Velocity Hammers are available at  hardware and home improvement stores at suggested retail prices ranging from $79.99
