Veritas Cabinetmaker's Trimming Plane



I was about half way through an order for 100 small boxes when it finally came: the new Veritas Trimming Plane. I used it to remove glue squeezeout from the inside corners of the boxes. It was easy to handle, and performed the task with accuracy and comfort. Now all the boxes have been shipped, I have had a chance to use the trimming plane in a few other situations. It excels in flush trimming the side grain of plugs, flushing small wood trim and can be used in any situation where a small amount of wood needs to be flushed to the surrounding area.
